I began practicing hot yoga 7 years ago continuing to find more balance in my life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. After finding an incredible transformation in my own life from a regular yoga practice, I decided I wanted to help others find the same outlet and release.

I obtained my RYT 200 from Yoga in The World, while practicing at Surya Yoga of Hoboken, New Jersey with trainers Anayra Calderon and Victoria Arvizu. I have additional training in Restorative Yoga from Laughing Lotus in New York and Prenatal Yoga at The Prenatal Yoga Center in Manhattan.

Yoga is a connection to everything real

Connecting breath and movement on a deeper level I can feel grounded, yet weightless at the same time. Breathing eases the mind. Movement nurtures the body. Yoga becomes life.

Prenatal Yoga

After having complications with the birth of my daughter, I began studying Prenatal Yoga. After experiencing the sense of community,  and connection with the baby these moms were having at prenatal and postnatal classes I realized this was something I needed to bring to my students. You can expect preparation for labor, breath work, a release in the lower back and hips and a sacred space for mom to nurture herself in my pre/postnatal classes.
